Makeup lessons are a major part of the menu. The everyday lesson runs two hours and the glam lesson three hours, with the glam session focused on bold, polished looks for special occasions, photoshoots and nights out. Makeup artists can book the glam lesson to practice on a live model. Every lesson includes an online booklet that walks through each step with full product details, along with KAI LABS merchandise.

About

Spray tan clients are asked to prep their skin 24 hours before the appointment, and prep and aftercare instructions are posted on the website. Brides can use the bridal inquiry form, and gift cards are available.

New clients keep a card on file when booking. It is not charged at booking and is only used for late, cancellation or no-show fees. Late arrivals get a 10-minute grace period, and cancellations inside 48 hours during business hours are charged half the service cost. A non-refundable deposit is required for travel appointments, wedding services and bookings made by direct message.

Services are personalized to each client's individual needs.
