New clients receive a complimentary consultation without needing a referral, and the center also offers a free consultation for anyone unsure where to start. The Glacial Rx line uses cryotherapy, with medical-grade topicals used alongside precision cooling. Options range from a 10-minute Precision Cooling Boost, which can be booked alone or added to another visit, to a 30-minute full cryo facial called Glacial Gloss. Préime Dermafacials follow a five-step European dermafacial system, with shorter 25-minute facials and a 45-minute full treatment. Biostimulator PRX options include a one-hour full face and body treatment and a 30-minute brightening and deep wrinkle treatment.

Most treatments have minimal to no downtime. Microneedling and deeper peels may need a short recovery period. Collagen Induction Therapy microneedling can be paired with an optional exosome add-on that uses lyophilized exosomes with growth factors, peptides and vitamins, and the center also uses PDGF+, a blend of platelet-derived growth factor and hyaluronic acid. Packages are transferable and shareable, and payment plans are available through Cherry, with 0% APR options and rates as low as 5.99%, subject to eligibility.
