Surgical options for the face include dermal fillers, InstaLift, facelift and necklift, browlift, and surgery on the eyelids, ears, lips and nose. Breast work includes augmentation with a choice of saline or silicone implants, augmentation mastopexy, mastopexy, reconstruction, breast reduction and gynecomastia surgery. Body procedures include liposuction and lipo-injection (together called liposculpture, and sometimes done with fat grafting), tummy tuck, thighplasty, upper arm lift, and dermolipectomy, which removes both fat and skin. Buttock enhancement can be done with fat transfers or gluteal implants. Breast augmentation incisions may be under the breast, under the areola or through the armpit, and the approach is chosen at consultation; the procedure usually takes about two hours under general anesthesia. Body procedures take place at the Facial Surgery Center, a state licensed facility, where a board certified anesthesiologist gives general anesthesia. An aesthetic procedure can be combined with an insurance-covered one, such as a tummy tuck with a panniculectomy, with added fees and a longer recovery.

Botox softens dynamic expression lines, most often forehead lines, crow's feet and frown lines. It does not smooth resting lines, which may call for a filler instead, and it does not treat wrinkles caused by sun damage or gravity. The injections use a small needle, take a few minutes and need no anesthesia. Results typically last three or four months, sometimes longer with repeat treatments, and full effect generally takes seven to fourteen days. Patients are advised to avoid alcohol for at least a week beforehand and to stop aspirin and anti-inflammatory medicines two weeks before to help limit bruising. Skincare options include Signature, Deluxe and Diamond Tip Microderm HydraFacials, the Epicutis Deluxe HydraFacial with a lipid neck and decolletage booster, Fire and Ice triple MCH treatment, Keravive scalp treatment, Hydrojelly masks and cryotherapy. Chemical peels are controlled-depth treatments for texture, uneven color, fine lines and wrinkles, and Dermaplane can be done alone or paired with an Epicutis lipid mask and red LED therapy or a stimulator peel. Micro-needling is offered for the face, the face and neck, or a single area, and is described as addressing facial acne scars, traumatic scars, wrinkles, fine lines and stretch marks. Brow services include eyebrow shaping, micro-blading and contouring, and body wraps include Mil's Fat Burning Wrap, with a one-session option.

Each skincare plan opens with a free skin assessment or consultation with an esthetician. Surgical consultations cost $200, and that amount is credited toward the surgery fee if the patient decides to proceed. Physicians meet patients in person both before surgery and during recovery. Surgery can usually be scheduled three to four weeks after the consultation, and sooner for shorter procedures such as breast augmentation. Recovery from most cosmetic procedures takes roughly two to eight weeks, varying with health, age and how many procedures are done. The cost estimate includes the surgeon, anesthesiologist, operating room and assistant fees, plus breast implants where they apply. Medications, labs run before surgery, tissue pathology and any out-of-pocket insurance charges are not included. Most aesthetic surgery is not covered by insurance, though there are some exceptions.

Financing is available through Cherry and CareCredit, and the practice also offers a monthly payment plan for treatments. CareCredit can be used for medical expenses not covered by insurance. Cherry, a buy now, pay later company for health and wellness purchases, offers 0% APR options subject to eligibility with no hard credit checks, and interest-bearing plans with APRs as low as 5.99% according to Cherry. The practice is open Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, and is closed on weekends.
