The team is led by Yan, the owner and master stylist, with Nick as a stylist. Style consultations look at hair texture, face shape and lifestyle before a cut and styling plan is set, while color consultations look at hair condition, lifestyle and the result the client wants before a custom color plan is made. Treatment plans are matched to hair type, porosity and lifestyle.
Color is mixed with professional-grade, ammonia-free formulas designed to build bonds in the hair. Highlighting and color services are offered in many combinations, including balayage, framing highlights, single-process and double-process color, and men's color. Several highlighting and color services do not include a blow-dry, so one needs to be added if wanted. Gloss, keratin treatment and hair relaxer are offered for shine, frizz and straightening.
Starting prices include a blow-dry from $65, a women's haircut with blow-dry from $125 and a men's haircut from $80. Eyebrow color, shaping and lip hair removal start at $20, and makeup services include natural, glamorous and wedding applications along with one-hour makeup lessons. Makeup lessons can be booked as single sessions or in multi-session packages.
Membership is a separate option for regular upkeep. Members receive priority booking, flexible appointment choices, regular conditioning masks, professional styling and reduced pricing on blow-dries, cuts and partial highlights. Most tiers include a product discount for in-salon purchases, and the discount varies by plan and brand.
