The massage menu centers on Signature Massage, which can be Swedish, deep tissue or a combination and is customized to each client. It is offered in 30, 60, 90 and 120 minute sessions. Stretch Therapy focuses on strength, mobility and chronic pain and can be added to any massage, and Assisted Stretching is available as an add-on. Massage and express facial combinations are priced at $225 and $255.
The facial menu ranges from a 30-minute Express Facial, which does not include extractions or massage, to longer options such as the Signature Facial, the Dermaplane Facial, the Back Facial and the Luxe Facial. The Ultrasonic Facial uses low-frequency sound waves in three stages to remove dead skin and clear clogged pores, and the studio says it also supports collagen production. LED Light Therapy is a non-invasive 45-minute facial using specific light wavelengths, and the studio recommends a series of 6 or 12 sessions, with two a week, for best results. Series of 6 and 12 are sold at a discount.
