Its menu covers lash extensions, lash lifts and tints, brow tinting, lamination and henna, waxing, hydrafacials and facials, and permanent makeup.

The salon says its aim is for clients to feel confident when they believe they are beautiful. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment, since late arrivals have their appointment shortened so the next client can stay on time. A patch test is recommended before a visit for anyone sensitive to synthetic lashes or the adhesive. Gratuities are not included in prices. Cash, Venmo and cards are accepted. Gift cards and e-gift cards do not expire and cannot be returned for cash.

For lash work, a new full set is advised after about 4 weeks for the best retention, and a new set may be needed if more than 4 to 5 weeks pass without a fill. Clients coming from another spa need a consultation first. Clients coming from another salon with lashes pay a $40 service fee and are asked to call ahead so the right service is booked. Adding a full set or a fill with the master lash artist carries an extra charge. Emergency lash fills and sets are requests, depending on artist availability.

Permanent makeup starts with a 15-minute consultation priced at $50. Yearly touch-ups for shading, hairstrokes, fairy lips and eyeliner require at least 50 percent color retention from a prior procedure. Fairy Lips and Nanoshading each require a $200 deposit at booking. Lash extensions must be removed before dusty eyeliner. The team also lists training courses in other towns, including lash extensions and brow lamination in Watertown, microblading in Arlington, lip blush in Boston and powder brows in Concord.

Appointments can be booked by phone at 781-861-8900 or by email at info@mail.firstlashandbrows.com. Hours are Tuesday and Friday 9:30am to 5:00pm, Wednesday and Thursday 9:30am to 8:00pm, and Saturday 8:30am to 2:00pm.

According to the salon, it puts precision and comfort first in lash extensions and skin health first in its hydrafacial treatments.
