The name is made from the initials of the two founders. From the start they aimed to build a flexible, supportive workplace for the team and a comfortable space for clients.

The salon describes itself as a single destination for hair, skin, body, nails and medical spa treatments. Hair services include custom cuts and styling with product recommendations, lived-in color and dimensional blondes tailored to skin tone and lifestyle, grey coverage and root touch-ups, blowouts and event hair, smoothing and frizz solutions, conditioning and scalp treatments, and extensions and thickening. The Head Spa Scalp Treatment is the one service the salon says combines salon and spa offerings; it uses the Moroccanoil Scalp Care Collection and is meant to clear buildup, balance oil, calm irritation and support circulation. Skin services include custom facials for every skin type, Glo2 facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, back facials and custom spray tans. The Glo2 facial uses Oxfoliation technology and OxyPods with freeze-dried ingredients such as vitamin C, peptides and antioxidants, and it can be paired with RF treatment. The salon describes this facial as having no downtime.

The medical spa menu includes Botox and wrinkle-relaxing injectables, lip and facial fillers, microneedling with RF, skin tightening with 7D HIFU, PDO threads for lifting and firming, medical-grade skincare plans, NAD+ injections, fat freezing for targeted sculpting, EmSlim body contouring, and weight loss solutions using semaglutide and tirzepatide. A medical spa consultation costs $50, and the fee is applied to the service when booked. Clients are asked to share allergies, medical conditions and sensitivities before treatment, and a service may be declined if a condition poses a risk.

A visit is meant to feel welcoming and laid-back, including for first-time clients. The salon says it tailors treatments to each client rather than using one template. It recommends booking color, spa and specialty services two to three weeks ahead, and cuts and styles about a week ahead, since weekends and evenings fill quickly. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are accepted; later cancellations are charged.
