Children are expected to stay calm and seated throughout their appointment, and a service may be declined if a child is unable to remain still. Extra guests are only permitted when the salon has approved them in advance. Anyone who feels unwell should rebook instead of attending. During hot water dipping, clients are asked to hold very still. Concerns must be raised within 72 hours of the appointment, and the salon does not issue refunds. Retouches include an additional charge that varies with the chosen style and the current condition of the hair. The salon takes no responsibility for belongings that are lost, stolen or misplaced.
