The salon was set up to offer professional braiding with early-morning and overnight appointments. Stylists are called Crown Artists. The salon is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, has free parking, is wheelchair accessible, and has a spacious room with styling chairs. A VIP private room is available for an added $150.

The price list is organized by style, with knotless braids grouped by size (jumbo, large, medium, smedium and small) and by length, from waist to under butt and thigh length. Knotless braids use a gradual feed-in technique, so there is no visible knot at the root. Boho knotless braids come in small, medium and smedium sizes with synthetic, human or virgin hair. Other styles include cornrows, tribal braids, French curls, butterfly locs, soft locs, goddess locs, Marley twists and kids braids, along with specialty styles such as lemonade braids, micro braids and Senegalese twists. Prices are starting rates that change with size, length, hair type, density and design complexity, and a reference photo can be sent for a custom quote.

Advance booking is advised, particularly during peak periods, so a preferred chair and Crown Artist can be reserved. A $25 deposit is required to book; it is non-refundable but is subtracted from the final bill, and the remaining balance is settled at the salon. Guests must be at least 5 years old, and additional people may not accompany them. Appointments running between 8 PM and 4 AM carry an overnight fee of $40 per style. On arrival, hair must measure a minimum of 4 inches, be clean, dried straight with a blow dryer, and be free of oil. Style changes cannot be requested on the day of the visit. To cancel, clients must phone the salon before their appointment time. Missing an appointment without notice results in a charge equal to the complete price of the service.

After the service there are no refunds, but concerns can be raised before leaving the chair and must be reported within 24 hours of installation. Payment is due in full after service. Cash has no extra fee, while Venmo, Cash App and card payments carry a $5 service fee. Clients who bring their own hair receive discounts of $10 for 100% synthetic, $20 for 50% human, $40 for 100% human and $50 for 100% virgin hair.

The salon runs a CrownCare aftercare program with check-ins on day 2, guidance on day 7, refresh recommendations on day 14 and a style longevity check on day 21. CrownCare includes QR-enabled care guides, recommended products and an optional touch-up booking with the original Crown Artist.

The salon says its finished braids have clean parts and even tension, and it follows each style with scheduled aftercare check-ins.

The salon is spacious and has styling chairs.
