Mega volume sets use larger, denser fans than a standard volume set. Hybrid sets combine one classic extension per natural lash with volume fans on others, and volume sets apply multiple lightweight extensions to each natural lash. A fill needs at least 40% of the existing extensions intact; otherwise a full set is booked, and a full set is required after three fills. Weekly fills are offered only for volume sets and are meant for replacing or filling a few lashes rather than a standard two-week fill.

Booking is done through the online booking link, which requires card information, and a completed consent form must be on file. Payment is due after the service and can be made by Zelle, Cash App or cash. Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled at least one day ahead, or a $25 fee may apply, and there is a 15-minute grace period for lateness. Hours are Wednesday and Thursday from 4:00 to 9:00 pm, Friday from 4:00 to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm; the studio is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

Clients are asked to arrive with no makeup on; if makeup is worn, a $5 lash bath is added before the service. Friends and family are not permitted during appointments unless arranged in advance. Aftercare advises keeping lashes dry for the first 48 hours and avoiding steamy showers, oil-based products, eyeliner on the lash line, heavy sweating, and picking or rough brushing. Lashes are best brushed once a day and washed with cold water and a lash bath. Any issue within 48 hours of application should be reported to Tameka Rainey.
