Every bridal booking begins with a discovery call, and a proposal is sent afterward. Proposals are valid for four days, and bookings are first-come, first-served. A booking is confirmed with a signed agreement and a 30% retainer, and the remaining balance is due before the wedding. Each booking includes an in-depth consultation built on the studio's Beauty Mapping Process, a private bridal portal with a collaboration form, look inspiration, guides and aftercare, timeline coordination, and a luxury robe and touch-up kit. Brides who cannot attend in person are offered a private one-hour Zoom consultation instead. A full bridal hair and makeup trial is included at the Dallas-area studio, usually one to two months before the wedding and lasting about three to four hours. Trials are typically held Wednesdays and Thursdays at 1:00 PM or 5:00 PM, with limited Sunday times, and clients are asked to share outfit and accessory photos beforehand. Early morning ceremonies and late receptions are planned into a customized bridal timeline.

Much of the work is built around South Asian and desi weddings, covering each event from engagement through reception. Looks can include dupatta crown and body draping, secure veil placement, jewelry and maang tikka and bindi placement, and South Asian bridal braids inspired by Tamil, Telugu and Punjabi styles. Destination looks cover Mehndi, Sangeet, ceremony and reception events, and clients planning different outfits for each event can have separate styling for each. Bridal Creative Direction & Styling is a separate virtual service that runs from booking through the wedding week, with one-on-one calls, photo reviews, WhatsApp guidance, mood boards and a personalized digital Bridal Lookbook for each booked event. Special occasion hair and makeup, non-wedding photoshoots and headshot sessions are also offered.

Non-bridal appointments take place at JTorry Studio for events such as graduations, date nights, galas and baby showers, and can be booked up to one month ahead through the website. On-location non-bridal services require a group of at least six people. The business also runs JTorry Beauty, a shop, and a JTorry Beauty OS offering focused on bridal beauty standards for luxury resorts.

Makeup should enhance a person's natural features rather than cover them up. Each look is planned around the bride's features, skin tone, hair texture, outfits, jewelry and traditions, and the looks for a wedding's events are planned to connect while each keeps its own character.
