Ranneisha Johnson founded the business with the aim of making aesthetic treatments and skin care effective, safe and affordable for everyone. It began in 2011 as a mobile lash spa, later moved into a small salon suite, and in 2017 settled into its current location in Cedar Hill.

The studio is a private treatment suite with a clinical feel, set up inside a redesigned residential space. The business says many clients describe the visits as therapeutic. Clients can book lash, brow, skin and body services, and can buy skin care and sleep accessories from the shop.

The Acne Bootcamp begins with a consultation or a virtual consult, or a consult and first treatment that includes a skin evaluation, acne education, diet and lifestyle tips and a full acne-clearing treatment. Bi-weekly treatments then continue for at least 90 days alongside a new Face Reality skincare regimen. Clients are asked to follow the plan as given and make lifestyle and diet changes if needed.

Aims to provide results-driven service to every client, with each treatment customized to the client's needs and goals, using current technology and professional and medical-grade products.
