Other colors need to be discussed before the appointment. A wash and blow dry come with every style. Children who skip the wash are asked to arrive with freshly washed hair and no product. Beads and accessories are available on request, and a takeout option is offered for styles the stylist has already done, though it is not recommended on the same day as a style.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit that goes toward the total. Clients can pay the balance in cash, through Cash App, Zelle or PayPal, or with a saved card. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead for the deposit to carry over, and a booking can be moved once on a paid deposit.
