The menu is organized into chemical services, color, extensions, general hair services and smoothing treatments. Prices range from about $15 for a short head spa massage to $295 for micro-link extensions, with a haircut listed at $55 and a relaxer at $85 to $185. Some prices vary: a wash and style may add a $20 charge and a silk press may add $40, depending on length and thickness. Smoothing treatments are priced by hair length, from $130 for short hair to $190 for long hair.

Extensions are a major part of the menu. The salon sells human hair extensions graded A++ in custom colors and lengths, sold separately from installation. Install options include clip-ins, tape-ins and wefts, with services for ponytails, U-part installs, traditional sew-ins, micro-links and individual rows, plus take-downs, re-taping and tape removal. A free consultation is offered for hair extension clients.

Walk-ins are welcome, though booking ahead is recommended. Clients can book online, with separate booking pages for Broward County and Collier County. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM. Only the person being serviced may attend the appointment, and children are allowed only when they are being serviced. A $25 charge applies to a no-call, no-show, and clients arriving more than 15 minutes late are asked to reschedule. The salon also rents weekly booth, chair and suite spaces in Sunrise and Ave Maria to braiders, makeup artists and nail technicians.
