A visit begins with a consultation before the first service, where the goals and expectations of the client are discussed. Every service is customized to the client's skin needs, and each later appointment includes a follow-up from the service before it. Facials draw on steam, exfoliation, extractions, dermaplaning, high frequency, galvanic current, red light, hot and cold globe therapy, and Swedish or lymphatic massage techniques. The signature facial combines dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, red light and manual facial lifting massage.

Manual lymphatic drainage is a core part of the work, with options for the head and neck, the body, bruising and scar work, and facials combined with drainage. The method was developed by Dr. Emil Vodder in Austria during the 1930s. According to the lymphatic therapy page, drainage can begin within 48 to 72 hours after a surgical procedure. Procell microchanneling is offered for body scars, the eye area, the face, the face and neck, and the face, neck and chest.

Massage therapy includes soft and deep tissue, myofascial, shiatsu and trigger point techniques, offered at 60 or 90 minutes. Makeup lessons run for tweens, teens and adults, and clients bring their own makeup, skincare products and brushes. Each lesson works on half the face and ends with a diagram so the look can be repeated at home.

The studio aims to protect the skin's lipid barrier and avoids overactive ingredients, overpeeling and over-exfoliation.

Clients are seen one at a time in a quiet setting.
