There are two locations. The Westlake studio, New Again Studio, is at 24500 Center Ridge Rd, Building 4, Suite 333. The Rocky River location, Maison Linda by Alexa Faye, is an appointment-only brow studio at 1309 Linda St and is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 12 to 6 pm and Friday from 12 to 4 pm. Brow services include lamination from 85 dollars and up, lamination with wax and tint at 110 dollars, and lamination with Racheli from 70 dollars and up. Brow enhancement is 225 dollars for brows done less than a year ago, and a return brow is 350 dollars for brows done more than a year ago. Brow mapping is 85 dollars and includes mapping, waxing and a long-lasting tint. Other brow options are brow bath, brow tinting, BrowTox, brow waxing, faux freckles and powder brow. Alexa's Signature Brow is a permanent brow procedure for new clients, including those who have had brow work elsewhere, listed at 750 dollars. Permanent brows are tattoos. Before a permanent brow appointment, clients avoid alcohol and caffeine for 24 hours and avoid waxing, tinting or threading for two weeks. Priority microblading on off days is listed at 950 dollars, including a 200 dollar convenience fee.

Facials include the Young Goose Signature Facial from 150 dollars, a dermaplane facial at 115 dollars, a Mini Cell Story facial at 100 dollars, and two DMK enzyme facials, an acne system and an anti-aging system, each at 250 dollars. Cell Story is a multi-step treatment using microspear technology, which the business describes as liquid microneedles, with four sessions about a week apart recommended, and it is sold in package rates. Procell microchanneling is also offered. Lash services include lash tint at 20 dollars, a Korean lash lift at 95 dollars and a Korean lash lift with tint at 115 dollars. Korean lash lifts are semi-permanent, last six to eight weeks, and clients should arrive without mascara. Waxing includes eyebrow waxing at 30 dollars and lip waxing. Red light therapy is available as an add-on for 25 dollars, and dermaplane as an add-on for 60 dollars, offered only with facials.

An in-person consultation costs 75 dollars and is non-refundable, but the fee is credited toward any service booked during that visit. Clients who can't come in can request a virtual consultation by sending a photo of their brows taken without makeup. A consultation is not required before booking a service. According to the salon, all of its artists are licensed cosmetologists and health board certified. Alexa also teaches Microblading 101, a two-day course for artists that covers brow theory, provides a kit to take home, includes practice on live models, reference guides and follow-up support.

Brow work is planned to look natural and last, and the business teaches clients aftercare so results hold up as long as possible. Alexa describes the work as a way to help women feel powerful.
