The menu is built around hair. Sew-ins can be installed, touched up, tightened, re-curled or taken down, and the salon offers silk presses in several forms, including an organic version and one with a detox treatment. Other options include keratin with a silk press, color corrections, highlights such as balayage, root touch-ups, coils, flat twists, roller sets, crochet installs and basic wig installs. Makeup is limited to Natural Glam, which covers foundation, highlight, contour, eyeshadow and lashes.

Booking has a few house rules. Only the person receiving a service may be in the salon, though a parent may stay with a child who is being serviced. Appointments more than 10 minutes late are canceled. New clients, and clients who have not been serviced in three or more months, need to book the New Guest Silk Press Experience before any silk press. Many online bookings require a deposit between $10 and $75, and Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the visit. Cancellations at least 48 hours ahead are free. Same-day cancellations, and no-call no-shows, are charged 30 percent and block future bookings.

Some services carry extra conditions. Appointments starting at 4:30 pm or later, and any on Sunday or Monday, add a $75 emergency fee, although the salon is closed on those days. Custom Bundle Color is only available for hair bought from the salon and ordered before the installation. Silk press results depend on hair texture, porosity and prior condition, and the salon notes that some clients may see slight changes to their natural curl pattern, especially at the ends. The salon is not responsible for heat damage or reversion after a client leaves.
