A consultation is $20 and takes about 15 minutes. A 50% deposit is charged when booking. Clients are asked to cancel 24 hours ahead and to arrive no later than 15 minutes after their appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee or rescheduling. A no-call, no-show is charged the full service price, and those clients must prepay before booking again. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, after approval before the appointment.

Extension services have their own deposits. Micro links weft extensions and tape-in extensions require a $150 deposit, the Super Works for relaxed hair requires $175 and is not booked on Fridays or Saturdays, and keratin treatment requires $175. Single twist mid back requires $113. K-tip extensions require a non-refundable deposit, and hair is not included in the price. De-matting carries a fee of $35 and up when hair has not been properly brushed or combed, depending on detangling time.

Hours are Tuesday through Thursday 9 AM to 6:30 PM, Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday 6 AM to 12 PM, with the salon closed on Mondays and Sundays. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
