New clients typically begin with the Signature Onboarding Experience, which costs a $150 deposit that is credited toward whatever treatment is chosen next. The session includes a digital skin analysis using Observ technology, about an hour to talk through goals and budget, a one-on-one planning session with a skincare expert, and a review of lifestyle, skin goals, products and homecare. Clients receive a written one-year plan before buying any treatment.

Ongoing care follows a five-step process called POWER: Plan, Optimize, Work, Evaluate and Retain. The plan is built from the skin analysis, facial anatomy and the client's schedule. Optimization usually starts with a customized skincare routine and often rejuvenating facials before more advanced treatments. Results are checked against the plan using photos and an assessment, and the plan is adjusted if needed.

The menu covers facials, chemical peels, acne treatment, dermaplaning and melasma treatment, plus collagen-stimulating work such as microneedling, RF microneedling and Tixel resurfacing. Injectable services include Botox, Xeomin and Dysport neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PRP and PRF injections. Brow and lash services include eyebrow waxing, brow lamination, and lash lifts and tints. Clients can pay over time through Cherry, which offers 0% APR options subject to eligibility, and a membership called the Goddess Glow Club gives savings on services.

Hours are Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 AM to 7 PM, and Saturdays by appointment only. Consultations are booked through the website contact form, and the phone number is 513.640.2684. Current patients can also order skincare through a VIP order form.

Treatment plans are built around each client's facial anatomy, goals and budget, and injectables are recommended only when they fit those goals rather than serving as a starting point. The business aims for subtle, natural-looking results.
