New patients can start by submitting an online inquiry form or the online consultation form. A consultation with a MedSpa provider looks at skin type, concerns and budget to suggest treatments, and injectors discuss the results a patient wants, estimate the units or syringes needed and give a cost estimate. Individualized consultations can include Canfield Visia Facial Analysis Screening. After the first appointment, the patient receives access to a patient portal with a full post-treatment plan. Current patients schedule by phone at 513-984-2000. The office is open Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm and is closed on weekends. Children are not permitted at the office.

Skincare plans are built after the team listens to each patient's goals, using medical-grade products and treatments. Trained staff tailor the plan to each client's skin needs and the level of improvement they want.
