Facials make up much of the menu, ranging from a 30-minute express treatment aimed at one concern, such as extractions or a mask or peel, to longer dermaplaning and HydroDiamond sessions that run an hour or more. The Juniper Signature Facial is the suggested booking for anyone unsure which facial suits them. Clients who have questions before an appointment can email, call or use the contact form.

Every service requires a completed intake form. Add-ons cannot be booked on their own and are added to a treatment. Lash lift clients should arrive with no makeup on and should not have used lash growth serum in the 24 hours before. Clients booking waxing or brow services are asked to stop Retin-A or retinol products one week in advance and to disclose any acne treatments or medications.

Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, otherwise half the service is charged. Cancelling after the appointment time, or arriving too late for the service to be performed, results in a full charge. Credit card payments carry a 2.5 percent fee, while cash and debit payments do not. Gift cards are sold in amounts of $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.
