The business was started on the belief that brows are a way of expressing yourself, and that idea shapes how the menu is built around brow work alongside skin, hair removal and lash services.

Every service begins with a consultation, and consultations are free. Each visit also includes hair removal, trimming and tweezing where needed, and a soothing treatment to finish. Microblading starts with a first appointment of about two hours that covers consultation, brow mapping, numbing and the procedure itself, and the full session can often be completed the same day. A topical numbing cream is used before and during the work. Clients are asked to avoid retinol and aspirin for at least a week beforehand and alcohol for the 24 hours before. Afterward, brows should stay dry for the first week, with no direct washing, sweaty workouts or swimming.

Beyond brows, the menu includes facials ranging from an essential facial to dermaplaning, microdermabrasion and hydrafacial. Threading and sugaring cover the face and body, with threading priced from $8 and sugaring from $20. Lash extensions come in classic, hybrid, volume and cluster styles, and eyebrow tinting is also offered. Brooklyn and Cleveland are open Monday to Friday 11 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, and both are closed Sunday. Parma keeps the same weekday and Saturday hours and adds Sunday from 12 PM to 5 PM.

Brows are treated as a form of personal expression, and brow services are matched to the client, including a blend that depends on skin type when microblading and microshading are combined.
