Custom balayage is priced by the result wanted, hair length and complexity, and may need a consultation before the appointment is approved. Extension services require an in-person consultation first, where the stylist helps match the hair, choose the amount and method, and place the order. Full smoothing and some special occasion styles may also call for a consultation.

The menu is grouped into haircuts, color, smoothing, styling and waxing. Color ranges from an all-over color or single-process root touch-up to several highlighting levels and a semi-permanent gloss. Waxing covers brows, lips and a small facial add-on.

Practical policies: a cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead. New clients pay a deposit when booking balayage or a custom perm. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
