The lash menu is organized around fills and sets. Clients can book a full set, a New Client Fullset Special, or a fill timed at 30, 60 or 90 minutes depending on how many extensions remain. Lash lifts, lash tints and a combined Korean lash lift and tint are also offered, and clients who had extensions applied elsewhere can book a foreign fill after a consultation on lash health. Brow services run from a quick brow sculpt that includes consultation, custom brow mapping, wax, tweeze and trim, to brow tints, signature wax and tint, and brow lamination with or without tint. Permanent makeup brows, color boosts and touch-ups are offered too, along with small fine-line tiny tattoos and lip waxing.

The studio is open Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM and is closed on Sundays. Some services take a deposit, which is listed at booking, and cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of an appointment are charged half the service price, with future services then paid in full at booking. Clients should stop using retinoids 7 days before brow sculpt, signature brow wax and tint, or brow lamination and tint. Gift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount and are final sale. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
