Color work ranges from glosses and toners that add shine or tone down brassy or yellow shades to root touch-ups, all-over color, color correction and custom colors. Lightening options include partial highlights and money pieces, all-over highlights, balayage, and a Blonde Session that combines bleaching, color, toner, a trim and a conditioning treatment.

Haircuts run from a baby's first cut and kids' cuts to senior cuts for clients 60 and up, plus men's and women's cuts. Fuller services add shampoo, a style or a treatment, such as the Full Service Men Haircut with its scalp massage and beard trim. Treatments include a scalp massage, a conditioning add-on and an Awapuhi Keratriplex treatment that can be paired with a cut and blow dry. Eyebrow, upper lip and chin waxing are also offered.

Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, otherwise a 30% fee may apply. In an emergency, clients are asked to tell the stylist as soon as possible. Several services require a deposit, from $10 to $100 depending on the service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
