Color is the largest part of the menu. Balayage comes in three versions: a natural or brunette version for untouched hair or a darker look, a version with a base color refresh, and a version with a contrast money piece. Highlights can be done with or without a base color. Other color services include root touch-ups, solid color changes, toning and glossing, lightener touch-ups, solid blonde work and color correction. Color correction needs a consultation first and may take more than one session.

Extensions include a consultation and weft move-ups. The salon states that it is Bellami and HairLocs certified for extensions.

A consultation is offered at no charge and takes 15 minutes, covering goals and recommendations. Deposits range from $15 to $125 and apply to most services, with some required only for new clients. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and changes made with less notice carry a charge of 50% of the booked service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Parking is available in front of the building and on the street, where street sweeping hours apply, and in the lot after 1 PM.
