A visit usually begins with a consultation before the service starts, and color consultations are held ahead of color work to talk through goals and expectations. Color appointments run from two to five hours depending on the service. Stylists explain take-home care and recommend products for home use. Complimentary beverages and pastries are offered, and tipping is not required. The salon is open Tuesday to Saturday, closed on Sundays and Mondays.
