Booking details: a credit card is required to hold appointments, and Panchakarma bookings should be made at least 30 days ahead with payment due in full. Clients are asked to arrive 20 minutes early, since late arrivals may have sessions shortened depending on therapist availability. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice or a 50% charge applies, and rescheduling carries a 25% administrative charge.
