Specialties include Russian manicures done with an e-file gel technique, dry gel pedicures, classic manicures, hard gel nail extensions and nail designs. The e-file is used to clear dead skin around the cuticles, shape the nails and remove old gel polish. A hard gel manicure, also called an e-file gel manicure, takes 90 minutes or more. A soft gel manicure, also called a Luxio gel manicure, is priced the same and is listed with two to three weeks of wear.

Guests are offered champagne, coffee or Lindt chocolate on arrival. The salon says its nail care is designed for long-lasting results, skin safety and precise aesthetics, and that its technicians are licensed. It uses steam-autoclave sterilization and describes its hygiene standards as medical grade. The studio is upgraded and light-filled.

Booking is available through an online page or by calling or texting the salon. Clients receive an automated text reminder 48 hours before an appointment so they can confirm or reschedule. The salon recommends refreshing pedicures every three to four weeks.

Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, given by call or email. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee, and a 50% fee applies to no-shows. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or cancelled. All services are non-refundable. Children may only attend a parent's appointment if they have their own booked appointment, and pets are not allowed in the salon.
