Jamie Chapman works in three roles: Ayurvedic Practitioner, Licensed Massage Therapist, and yoga instructor. She completed massage training at the Lindsey Hopkins Center in Miami, graduating in 1995, and holds a Florida esthetician license. Massage sessions include Swedish and deep tissue work, lymphatic drainage, and Ayurvedic and Panchakarma treatments. Other options are prenatal and postnatal bodywork, craniosacral work, Thai bodywork, foot reflexology, water-based Watsu, hot stone sessions, and chakra balancing.
