Every visit starts with a consultation that plans the look from concept through upkeep, and each style is personalized to the client. The salon says it uses high-quality, responsibly sourced products. Color prices start at $75 for a gloss refresh and $340 for full or first session highlights, and haircuts start at $190, with Haircut Plus starting at $290 and taking about 1.5 hours including before and after photos and a blowout. The salon notes that prices are subject to change.
Joon Drop offers only the Invisible Bead Method of permanent hand-tied extensions. Prospective clients complete an online questionnaire and send photos of their current hair. Extension pricing includes the hair and the installation, with hair priced per request or at consultation. A 50% non-refundable retainer, counted toward the total, is required, and the balance is due on the day of service. Maintenance is needed every 7 to 12 weeks, and extensions are replaced every 7 to 12 months. The salon says the method causes no damage to the client's hair or scalp.
Booking has a few set rules. Rescheduling needs 48 hours' notice, and cancellations need 24 hours' notice, or 48 hours for extensions. Canceling the day of or not showing up is charged in full for the booked service. When a client books both color and a haircut, the color is booked first. No refunds are given on services, but adjustments within the first two weeks of an extension install are made at no charge.
Each style is personalized, beginning with a consultation that covers the look from concept to upkeep.
