Color correction, extension, sew-in and tape-in consultations are free and take 10 to 15 minutes. New clients need a consultation and a paid deposit before booking new hair color with extensions.

Booking policies: cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead incur a 50% fee, and no-call/no-shows are charged the full scheduled service fee. Cancellations made before the window on closed days can be sent by voicemail, text or email to avoid a fee. Children and pets are not allowed at appointments, apart from registered service animals. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The salon sells gift cards.
