Newer color clients can send two or three inspiration photos and pictures of their current hair after booking, which the business uses to put together a custom vision hair board. Existing base color clients with at least three prior visits can book the shorter Color 2 Go visit, where custom base color is applied under a cap and the client receives instructions for shampooing it out at home.
Haircuts and blowouts are priced by hair texture, length, and the time needed rather than by gender. Keratin and Brazilian blowout treatments, along with tape-in extensions, are also offered. Extension hair is priced separately from installation, must be paid up front, and cannot be returned or exchanged. All listed prices are starting-at base prices. Scheduling and communication happen by text or social media message. Appointments more than 10 minutes late without notice are treated as no-shows and canceled, and 5:30pm is the latest booking time.
