Dermaplaning is one of the services the salon describes as a favorite. Cryo treatments can be booked singly or in packs of three or five and are non-refundable once purchased.

Hours are Tuesday to Thursday from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Appointments need at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without a charge; inside 24 hours, a 50% charge of the scheduled service applies. Clients should mention allergies or sensitivities before their visit, and anyone who has box-colored their hair at home should say so before booking. Gift cards work for any service or product at JMAC but not at JMAC Salon Suites.
