Blonding is set up in tiers. Existing blonde clients who come back within eight weeks of their last blonding visit can book a maintenance refresh, which includes partial highlights or face-frame work, a custom gloss, a haircut, a treatment and a blowout. Longer gaps, heavy regrowth or blonding that needs new placement are booked as a full blonding service instead.

Color options also include a copper, ginger, strawberry or warm red shade matched to each client's skin tone, a soft brunette look with blended highlights, and bright fashion shades such as pink, blue, purple, split tone or rainbow. Gloss-only visits, root work with a shine finish, and special occasion styling round out the menu.

Each color or care plan starts from the client's hair and goals, with a one-on-one consultation for new clients.
