The salon is open Monday through Saturday. Walk-ins are welcome, though booking ahead is encouraged, and special appointment requests are taken on Sundays when availability allows. Color services begin with a personalized color consultation, and color correction and custom color are priced after a consultation.

Clients can book private parties such as birthday celebrations, bridal showers and girls' nights, and bridal packages are offered either in the salon or on location; details are available by phone. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and are final sale.

Cancellations or rescheduling need 24 hours' notice by phone. The first late cancellation is waived, the second is charged 50% of the booked service, and the third is charged the full booked service, with a non-refundable deposit possibly required for future bookings.
