Services fall into three groups. Hair extensions are a major part of the work, with installation methods that include k-tips, nano rings, hidden bead wefts, tape-in and traditional wefts, along with toppers and cranial prosthetic installs priced by method. Each extension service starts with a consultation, and a deposit for the hair purchase is needed before an installation is booked. Installs and maintenance visits can run two to six hours depending on the method.

Color packages range from root touch-ups and full color to partial and full highlights with toner, and include haircut options. Color correction is charged hourly and requires an in-person consultation before it is scheduled. Smoothing Brazilian blowouts, in express and standard versions, are offered to reduce frizz, alongside shampoo and blowout services.

Booking is by appointment only, with no walk-ins. Clients put a credit card on file when booking, and a deposit of half the booking total is applied toward the final payment at checkout. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee of 50% of the appointment price, and a no-show carries a non-refundable fee of 50%. Missing two reserved appointments can mean the client is no longer able to reschedule. Payment plans are available through Cherry, a buy now, pay later company, subject to eligibility, including some 0% APR options and interest-bearing plans from 5.99% APR. The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons, Thursday and Friday mornings, and Saturdays by special request only; it is closed Sunday and Monday.
