Some services need a consultation first. Corrective color and makeup appointments begin with one, and new clients booking extensions are asked to have a consultation one week before their first appointment. Consultations can also be booked on their own.

The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. It is closed Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
