Color is the center of the menu. Blonde and vivid services include dimensional blonde work using foils, balayage or babylights, shaped to the result the client wants, with an optional shadow root. Platinum blonde services and vivid work such as unicorn or rainbow looks are also offered, and a vivid premium service covers bleaching, removing previous colors and adding chosen colors for clients moving into bright or bold shades. Color correction is available for significant changes, such as after at-home color or a disappointing result elsewhere; it is priced by the hour with a three-hour minimum and needs a consultation before booking.

Beyond color, the salon offers haircuts, a range of treatments and a Signature Scalp Ritual, a scalp and hair spa session in the private suite that is currently offered through a waitlist. The ritual combines a deep cleanse, a customized scalp treatment, a heated or cooling eye mask, scalp massage, steam, a customized deep conditioning mask, energy work (Reiki) and a simple blow-dry. Separate spa-style services include Relax and Restore at 75 minutes and Blissful Renewal Retreat at 90 minutes, which adds a haircut.

New clients can book one of four packages, each including a demineralizing treatment, a haircut or customized deep conditioning, bond builders when needed, a blow-dry and style, and aftercare product suggestions. Pricing for these is based on average time and product use and may rise with above-average use. Booking policies ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Shorter-notice changes carry a rebooking fee of half the scheduled services, and a no-show carries a fee of three-quarters. Late arrivals may have services shortened without a price change, and arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling. Appointments can be requested, changed or cancelled online at any time, and short-notice changes can be made by text or email.
