Bridal and non-bridal services are handled differently. Non-bridal appointments take place at the home studio in Sugar Land, and the studio is used when a booking includes fewer than five full services. Bridal work can be done on location in Houston and nearby areas, with round-trip travel up to 50 miles from the studio included in bridal packages. Travel beyond that distance is charged per mile, and the client covers travel, hotel and parking or valet costs for the event.
Booking runs in steps: check availability, submit the inquiry form, receive an emailed quote, pay the deposit by Zelle and then sign the emailed contract. Weddings are best booked six to seven months ahead. Wedding dates are held only once the non-refundable deposit arrives, and the remaining balance is due one day before the event. A bridal trial always lasts three hours and can be scheduled after the deposit and contract are complete.
Wedding parties of three to five usually have one makeup artist and one hairstylist, and larger or tighter timelines may call for more artists. Packages can include a touch-up or waiting service for the bride, a bridal hair accessory, clip-in extensions and a customized service timeline. Makeup brushes and tools are sanitized between applications, and the products used are described as hypoallergenic.
Looks are customized for each client, with a soft, polished finish meant to enhance natural features rather than hide them.
