Services cover weddings, bridal parties, quinceañeras, senior portraits and other events, along with photo sessions, boudoir, editorial and headshot work, maternity, newborn and family shoots, prom, birthdays, girls' nights and podcasts. Makeup can be done in airbrush or traditional style at no extra charge, and the business says its airbrush makeup should last 12 hours or more. Hair is styled dry in a style the client chooses, and blow dry and hair extension application can be added.

Services are by appointment only, seven days a week, and Sunday visits are on-location only. Booking starts with a contact form, followed by a custom proposal, a signed booking agreement and a 50% retainer. Final balances are due two weeks before weddings and quinceañeras and one week before other appointments. Each service usually takes about 45 minutes to an hour, and one artist can complete an estimated four to five services in a half day or seven to nine in a full day.

For on-location appointments the team needs a table or counter for tools, an electrical outlet and a sink. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean, bare face, with no facial waxing three to four days before, and with hair washed the night before without conditioner or leave-in products so it is fully dry on arrival. Clip-in extensions are supplied by the client and must be 100% human hair.

The studio runs bridal trials on weekdays, usually Monday to Friday, and clients can ask for a weekend trial instead. Out-of-town brides can book a bridal preview at the studio, and previews are also available before the wedding for events such as engagement parties, welcome parties, Mehndi and Sangeet. Staff work with wedding planners and other vendors so the beauty schedule lines up with the wedding day, and artists are assigned according to that schedule. Wedding packages come with a trial, hair and makeup on the wedding day for the bride, the bride's mother, the groom's mother and bridesmaids, plus false lashes, touch-up kits and travel. For South Asian weddings, a separate service covers multi-day celebrations including Haldi, Sangeet, the ceremony and the reception.

Travel fees start at $60 per artist and rise with distance: $60 for Downtown Houston, Katy, Pearland, Cypress, League City and Alvin/Manvel; $80 for Spring and Tomball; $90 for Magnolia and The Woodlands; $100 for Lake Jackson; $120 for Galveston; and $350 for Austin and San Antonio. Saturday on-location bookings require a minimum of four services, and destination weddings outside Texas require an inquiry.

Makeup is natural and polished, meant to highlight a client's favorite features. Services are offered in person at the studio or at the client's location, with the timeline planned around the event.
