The hormone and wellness side is a larger part of the practice. Bioidentical hormone therapy is offered alongside a 12-week Hormone Makeover, which Juliana Richards leads, and a Metabolic Makeover that adds comprehensive labs and food sensitivity testing. Hormone pellet insertion is available for both women and men, and a free 15-minute Discovery Call is offered to talk through hormone therapy. The medical weight loss program begins with a full lab evaluation and an initial visit with a nurse practitioner. It includes a three-month supply of prescription medication and supplies, which are compounded semaglutide shipped to the home, plus a detox kit, a weight loss kit and a subscription to BodySite, a web-based nutrition platform. Clients may continue after three months at a reduced rate. The program is described as suited to people with 20 or more pounds to lose.

Three membership tiers, Premier, Diamond and Luxe, bundle discounts and perks. Members receive a monthly discounted service, reduced rates on skincare and vitamin injections, and unlimited Xeomin at a lower per-unit price than the standard rate.
