Waxing covers the face, body and intimate areas, with individual zones priced separately, from a lip wax at $10 to a full leg at $75. Lash services include full-set extensions, fills, express fills, transfer fills, extension removal, lash lifts with or without tint, and set upgrades for a small added charge. Eyebrow and eyelash tinting are offered too, and ingrown hair treatment is available with an optional add-on and a high-frequency add-on.

Booking has a few house rules. Appointments are for the scheduled client only, and guests and children may not attend. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours notice; shorter notice carries a 50% service fee, and a missed appointment without notice is charged in full, with no new bookings until that fee is paid. Clients are asked to arrive on time or a few minutes early, and anyone 10 or more minutes late should call or text, since services may be shortened or moved. Refunds are not given for services performed, so concerns should be raised within 48 hours. Credit cards, cash and Venmo are accepted. Clients under 16 need parental consent and a signature.

Before waxing, hair should be at least 10 days grown out, with 2 to 3 weeks described as best. The studio asks clients taking isotretinoin or Accutane to be off the medication for 12 months beforehand, or 6 months with a doctor's note. Topical retinoids such as tretinoin, Retin-A, Renova and adapalene should be stopped 7 to 10 days before waxing and avoided for 7 to 10 days after, unless they were not applied to the waxed area. Clients experiencing unusual pregnancy symptoms are advised to check with a doctor before booking. For lash services, the studio lists reactions to lash adhesive, weak or damaged natural lashes, and current or frequent eye infections or irritation as reasons not to book, and for lash lifts it adds recent laser eye surgery without surgeon clearance and hormone medications.

Retail products sold at the studio include exfoliators, lash serum, lash lather, body wash, ingrown hair oil, exfoliating scrub, intimate wipes, toner pads and make-up erasers. A post-wax oil is recommended for use after showering, and any products the waxer recommends are sold at the salon.

The studio says it uses products and techniques it considers the best, with health, safety and consistent results as its aim.
