A Botox visit is short: the provider cleans and marks the injection site before treating. According to the practice, results usually show within one to two weeks, with full effect around two weeks. Afterward, clients are advised to stay upright for four hours, skip strenuous workouts for a day and avoid rubbing the treated area.

Membership plans cover Botox, Dysport and Xeomin at three tiers listed at $75, $139 and $199 a month, with complimentary B12 injections and, on the top tier, monthly vitamin D as well. Concierge Care is a membership starting at $99 a month that includes in-person and telehealth access to medical professionals. The Venus BlissMax gym membership is listed at $499 a month with a six-month minimum. Regenerative packages are listed at $1,795 for three collagen induction treatments with exosomes, $1,995 for RF microneedling with exosomes, $2,495 for RF microneedling with advanced plasma therapy, and $3,495 for the full facial package with Sculptra. The practice also offers AgeJET Eye advanced plasma therapy for the eyelid area and says it was one of the first in the area to do so. Body contouring with a Venus BlissMax device is non-surgical, usually takes three to six sessions spaced several weeks apart, and typically involves minimal downtime.

A valid credit card is required at booking. It is charged only for late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) or no-shows. Cancellation fees are $50 for skin care such as facials, peels and brow microblading, and $100 for medical, injectable, laser and body treatments. Changes must be made by phone or through the secure link in the confirmation message, not by email. MedSpa treatments are non-refundable, and the practice does not guarantee specific results, so multiple sessions or maintenance may be needed. Retail products may be exchanged within 30 days if unopened and unused. Financing is available through CareCredit and PatientFi, and the practice offers gift cards and a rewards program through Galderma Aspire.
