Color work starts with a complimentary consultation for new color clients before they book a color service. The color menu includes glosses, toners, root touch-ups, demi-permanent color, bleach and tone, and virgin applications. Highlights can be done as individual foils, a partial foil of up to 20 foils, a full highlight of up to 50 foils, or a full balayage.
Treatments include a conditioning treatment, a customizable B3 (Brazilian Bond Builder) service meant to repair and protect strands, and a three-hour Brazilian Blowout for smoother, frizz-reduced hair.
Booking rules: cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, and shorter notice may carry a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are charged in full. Services received cannot be refunded, but if a client raises a concern within seven days of the appointment, the service can be adjusted at no stated charge. For a concern about finished work, the client returns to the salon so the hair can be looked at before any correction. The salon follows Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools closures and delays during bad weather, and appointments are rescheduled without penalty when both the schools and the salon are closed. Payments are accepted.
Hours are Tuesday 10 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 5 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 8 PM and Friday 10 AM to 5 PM. The salon is closed Mondays, Saturdays and Sundays.
