The studio describes itself as known for blended blondes, dimensional brunettes and long hair, and it specializes in blonding, custom cuts and color correction. Color options range from toner and gloss and root renewal to all-over color, partial and full highlights, and partial and full balayage. Full balayage restores a blended look that has grown out. Highlight and balayage appointments are timed from the last color service, six to nine weeks for partial services and twelve to sixteen weeks for full ones. Color correction addresses color done outside the salon, such as splotchy results or brassiness, and begins with a free consultation.

Extensions are a major focus. Strand-by-strand keratin-bond extensions use Great Lengths and are sized to the density of each client's hair. Hand-tied extensions from Covet and Mane, Habit Hair and Bellami are built by layering thin wefts to match density and color. The studio also offers I tips, sew-in wefts and tape-ins, uses 100% remy human hair, and the team is certified in various extension methods. Extension pricing is set at a free consultation.

Booking and payment policies: cancellations should be made by phone at least three days ahead. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours, and no-shows generally, are charged the full scheduled service, and future services must be paid when booked. Changes requested less than 24 hours ahead are not accepted and require rescheduling. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late must reschedule and are charged the original services, though a partial service may be offered. Adjustment requests must be made within a week, and refunds are not offered for services already performed. Gently used products returned within 14 days receive a 50% refund. Protective capes are used for all services, there is an area to change clothes, and the studio is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
