The studio was founded in 2020 and works from a space inside Lush Collective on Southeast Belmont Street. Its lash services are led by Jen, with Norah Rashoodi also offering lash sets, fills and lifts.

The lash menu covers full sets, fills for current clients, Korean lash lifts, and a combined Korean lift and extension service that covers roughly 40 to 60 percent of the lashes. Full sets are $150 with either artist, a fill is $100, and a Korean lift is $100 with Jen or Norah. Signature sets include a wet mascara look with a dark, glossy line, a wispy set that blends lengths and curls, a volume set built with ultra-lightweight fans, and an Angel set that places soft lightweight extensions one at a time for a natural finish. The studio describes its sets as more of an experience than simply extensions, and each signature set is tailored to the client's eye shape, the look they want and their energy. New clients can book a New Client Full Set with either artist.

Brow services include a brow lamination, tint and wax appointment with Jen for $100, about 1.5 hours, which starts with brow mapping. Tint is optional. Brow Model appointments with Norah are also available at $80 for about 2 hours; these are done under professional supervision and are used for training, and the person booking should be comfortable with photos and video.

The studio runs lash training. The Beginner Course, for people with little or no lash experience, covers classic lashes and an introduction to volume and includes ongoing mentorship, a premium lash kit and a framed certificate; tuition is $1,200 with payment plans and a deposit as low as $100. The Advanced Volume and Mega Volume course requires prior lash experience, includes a premium lash kit and framed certificate, and has tuition of $1,200 available on request. Trending Styles Lash Training covers Mascara, Angel and Wispy sets for certified classic and volume artists, at $500 available on request; it does not include a live model. Lifetime Mentorship adds unlimited mentorship calls, sitting in on future training sessions, job shadowing with Jen and a bonus one-on-one training.

Booking comes with a few firm policies. A valid card must be on file to confirm an appointment, and an unlinked card leads to automatic cancellation. Arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the visit and charges 50 percent of the service fee. Cancellations or reschedules within 72 hours are charged 50 percent, and no-shows or no-calls are charged in full. No refunds are issued after a service is completed, though an allergic reaction receives a complimentary removal. Additional guests and pets other than service or support animals are not allowed, and clients should sign a consent form, policy agreement and intake form before service. Before lash extensions, clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, no makeup, no caffeine for at least 4 hours, and to use the restroom beforehand.

Signature sets are shaped to each client's eye shape, preferred look and energy, and the studio treats its lash work as an experience rather than just extensions.
