Jennifer Kim, known as Jen, is the lash designer, trainer and creative director at Jen K Artistry, which she founded in 2020. She is a licensed esthetician, a multi-certified lash artist and a certified lash extension trainer. She earned a B.S. in Business from the University of Oregon and spent about two years in corporate work before moving into the beauty industry.
Her lash work leans toward natural, wispy sets with a feminine feel. She teaches with an emphasis on intention and empowerment alongside artistry, and she has mentored hundreds of aspiring lash artists as a certified lash extension trainer. Success in this field comes from alignment, precision and a love of the craft rather than constant hustle.
