Hair services are grouped into haircut and styling, texture (waves and GK Smoother), and solid and dimensional color. Color options include single process, root touch-up and grey coverage, demi-permanent color, gloss and toner, highlights and lowlights, balayage, grey blending and color correction. Color correction and GK Smoother are priced after a consultation, and larger transformations may need one first.
Extension work uses Great Lengths Cold Fusion and tape-in methods, and the consultation fee is applied toward the final service. Makeup is done with Jane Iredale products, with an optional temporary lash add-on. Bridal hair and makeup include trials and can be done in the salon or on location. Facial waxing covers brows, lip, chin and full face, along with brow tinting.
Guests are asked to arrive at least ten minutes early and to silence their phones. A credit card on file secures appointments, and cancellations without 24 hours notice or no-shows are charged to that card. The salon does not accept tips; guests can refer a friend or choose a recommended product instead.
The salon says its staff pair continuing education with hands-on technical skill, and place a strong emphasis on building lasting client relationships.
