Services are grouped into bridal packages and a bridal trial, brows, lashes, makeup for occasions and travel, and waxing. Bridal clients can choose a glam package that includes skin correction, full face glam, custom lashes and a wedding day glam bag, or a trial beforehand.

Bookings and payments go through the Glossgenius booking page. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 after approval, which must be completed before the appointment. Appointments running more than 15 minutes late are rescheduled and need a new booking with a new $25 deposit, and cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling needs 24 hours' notice and can be done twice before a new booking and deposit are required. Clients who miss an appointment without calling are blocked from future bookings.

Bridal touch-ups that stay on past the booked time are charged $25 per hour. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Open Tuesday and Wednesday 6 PM to 8 PM, Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday 8 AM to 2 PM; closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday.
